王霞（葉子楣 飾）本是懵懂無知的茶樓點心女郎，在偶然之中邂逅了黑社會小混混阿倫（單立文 飾），王霞墜入了情網。在阿倫的軟磨硬泡之下，王霞半推半就的成為了應召女郎，出賣肉體為阿倫賺錢，之后，王霞意外懷孕，阿倫非但不愿承擔父親的職責，還毒打王霞，強迫她進行了墮胎手術。 悲傷 絕望的王霞結識了名為阿光（柯受良 飾）的男子，兩人慢慢走到了一起，王霞改行做了媽媽桑，并且一手培養了當紅頭牌寶珊，哪知道寶珊竟然和阿光有了私情，憤怒的王霞向阿光討說法，不僅自己被打，就連兩歲的女兒亦受到牽連。悲憤之中，王霞用剪刀刺傷阿光，面臨嚴酷的指控。
