　　此片是《列寧格勒牛仔征美記》的續集，列寧格勒牛仔樂團收到了美國人的邀請去紐約演出，沒有簽證的他們在墨西哥海關闖關成功來到了美國，這是他們前任隊長米盧出現了，他號稱在沙漠里得到了上帝的拯救，已經洗心革面成為了像摩西一樣的圣人，他許愿他們巡回演出后把他們帶回故鄉，因為家鄉誕生了一頭圣牛，為了慶祝，米盧決定盜走自由女神的鼻子作為獻給圣牛的禮物，得逞后他們帶著鼻子來到了法國、德國、捷克，一路上他們和CIA密探斗志斗勇，險象環生，而密探長時間和因為看了米盧送的圣經為之感化，成為了他們的一員，于是，這支并不高明的樂隊為了這個神圣的夢想，一路賣唱，千辛萬苦，終于回到了西伯利亞的家鄉

該片以詩圣杜甫創作鳳凰臺為引，講述了三位甘肅成縣人士回鄉參加鄉賢大會時，揭開了一段深埋于記憶長河的往事。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
