　　根據約瑟夫和麗貝卡·鮑在普拉佐集中營的婚禮被斯皮爾伯格的辛德勒名單紀念的真實故事改編。Bau，《戰爭中的藝術家》是一部戰爭劇/愛情故事/間諜故事，在這個幸存者正在死亡、大屠殺正在從記憶中消失的時代需要講述。約瑟夫在營地里運用他的藝術技巧，活了下來，幫助數百人逃走。奇跡般地，他在絕望中找到了愛。一種將持續一生的愛。幾年后，當他被傳喚為殘酷的納粹軍官受審的關鍵證人時，他被重新帶回了大屠殺的生動記憶中。納粹軍官折磨了他并殺害了他的父親。現在，他呼吁這種愛和精神的韌性來面對他過去的終極惡魔。

伊沃克人：為恩多而戰

　　由國王Terak和女巫Charal所帶領的掠奪者軍隊襲擊了伊渥克族人的村莊。Cindel的父母和兄弟全都死于這場襲擊。Cindel與一個伊渥克族人Wicket逃了出來。在一片森林里，他們遇見了Teek這只非常淘氣也非常敏捷的野獸。Teek把他們二人帶來一位老人Noa的住處。而這位Noa有著與Cindel相似的經歷——他乘坐的星際巡洋艦也墜毀在了恩多上。大家齊心合力對抗Terak和Charal。

　　《尸骨袋》改編自斯蒂芬·金（Stephen King）的同名恐怖小說。　　暢銷小說作家Mike Noonan（皮爾斯·布魯斯南 Pierce Brosnan 飾），在妻子Jo(安娜貝絲·吉什 Annabeth Gish 飾)死后，無法走出悲痛的深淵。他不斷地夢到和Jo一 起購買的緬因州湖畔別墅，夢到裝在袋子里的腐爛尸骨，夢見Jo也從裹尸袋中奔跑而出。終于他在Jo的召喚下回到了那棟詭異的別墅。在那里，他卷入了一樁年輕美貌寡婦與家財萬貫的祖父對小女孩的撫養權爭奪戰，并不時遭遇神秘鬼魂的騷擾。那些不斷升級的噩夢，還有神秘鬼魂的騷擾，都讓他意識到，這個小鎮隱藏著一些秘密，而死去的Jo也有事情想要告訴他……

莫德羅監獄1977

　　1976年，一名會計師因莫須有的罪名，將面臨不公正的刑事判罰，他決心一斗到底。西班牙導演阿爾韋托·羅德里格斯（《千面人》）闊別6年重回大銀幕的新作，根據真實事件創作，于現已關閉的巴塞羅那莫德羅監獄內實景拍攝，回溯1976年弗朗哥去世后的西班牙民主過渡期。影片巧用突然驚嚇營造驚悚氣氛，反映獄警對犯人的多種慘無人道的摧殘；藉由民憤輪番上演花式越獄，點燃普通人的求生之火，強烈抨擊國家法律體系的不公。榮獲2023年西班牙戈雅獎16項提名，最終攬獲最佳美術指導等5項技術大獎。

等待方舟

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.
