尹馨,曹佑寧,馮淬帆,白潤音,蔡振南,莊凱勛,安心亞,曾莞婷陳薇（尹馨 飾）帶著女兒（林采潔 飾）為躲避家暴的丈夫住進有自殺勝地之稱的蝴蝶大廈后怪事頻傳。管理員梁伯（馮淬帆 飾）和頂樓的廟公山叔（蔡振南 飾）不斷提醒她這一層樓不太干凈，如果有能力還是盡快搬走，但是經(jīng)濟拮據(jù)的她暫時只能棲身于此。各種三教九流的鄰居、雜貨鋪有陰陽眼的自閉癥男孩阿弟（白潤音 飾），還有那間被再三交代禁止靠近的613號房，一切都令陳薇感到詭異莫名。外表陽光的代班管理員小梁（曹佑寧 飾）對獨立堅強的陳薇照顧有加，經(jīng)常借故上門幫忙維修家電，陳薇女兒看到他來也會難得露出微笑。正值鬼門開時，蝴蝶大廈內(nèi)意外頻傳，甚至發(fā)生許多靈異事件，但老住戶們似乎已經(jīng)習以為常。陳薇原本是想帶女兒逃離丈夫，不料卻將自己卷入更大危機之中...
好像一切都很糟糕
Melis Sevin?,Melisa Bostanc?o?lu,?brahim Ar?c?,Mert Can SevimliAy?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
