The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

許冠杰,麥嘉,張艾嘉,倉田保昭,徐克,葉夏利,曹達華,黃百鳴,汪庭歡,祖迪文,域陀布烈,李家鼎,施明,韓國材,關淑怡金剛（許冠杰 飾）成功降服白手襪之后，白手襪之兄黑手襪受黑手黨指派繼續交易鉆石并向金剛復仇，金剛與黑手襪的高級機器人大戰數合終于僥幸勝利，卻馬上又落入了牛牛、悠悠兄妹犯罪團伙的騙局，卷入銀行搶劫案成為嫌犯，金剛逃亡路上將拍檔光頭神探（麥嘉 飾）與何東詩（張艾嘉 飾）的婚禮攪得一塌糊涂。所幸光頭神探義字當先合力與金剛對抗牛牛、黑手襪，卻不料金剛再次被悠悠戲弄，光頭神探也只落得被嚴妻整治。最佳拍檔被牛牛團伙脅迫，不得不出面搶奪鉆石，而黑手襪方面再次出動高級機器人應戰，早有準備的金剛取出機器人特工隊，混戰一觸即發…… 本片是最佳拍檔系列的第二集。
校園點將錄
李麗珍,谷峰,何啟南,陳山河,焦姣,陳松伶預科學校若智書院有一群成績堪憂思想活躍的學生，校董家的謝天（何啟南 飾）與謝地兄妹憑借老爸身份，即便留級也不擔心學業；綽號水電工的嘉明為人老實，暗戀同學白逸夢（陳松伶 飾），而白逸夢滿腦子言情幻想，全然沒有留意；李時珍（李麗珍 飾）因為在南太平洋群島旅游，耽誤了開學日，在旅游期間，李時珍結識了香港青年戴運河（陳山河 飾），運河對時珍一見鐘情，不顧家人反對退掉美國大學，趕到香港入讀若智書院。運河的到來令謝天大為緊張，謝天屬意時珍日久，和死黨吳成材一直無法打動芳心，但也不能容忍運河插手。校園內一時掀起了一場多角戀愛的爭奪……校董面對惡作劇的學生們大為光火，聘請軍校老師對書院進行軍事化管理，這引發了學生們的空前團結……
二狗返鄉記
馬燦燦,李棟,胡雙全,柳秉鈺,梁棟,陶源品性憨直，風趣幽默，農村吃百家飯長大的孤兒石二狗，在城市打工意外獲得彩票大獎五百萬，之后，他風風火火的回到老家，借著酒勁給鄉親們發錢，并且還想憑這五百萬娶村長的女兒石金鳳，但是卻遭到石金鳳的嘲笑，于是他發奮要為老家人民做點大事——修路，將修路的工程包給了金鳳城里的男朋友胡大光，以這樣顯示他的大度并期望博得金鳳的歡喜，可是卻由于經驗的缺失和文化知識的不足，被胡大光給蒙混了，手上的錢都讓胡大光騙走了，連答應給村里修小學的錢也被騙的一光二凈，二狗又成了一個身無分文的窮光蛋。 二狗有錢的時候，在眾多人中招聘了韓美華作為村里學校的老師，現在二狗沒錢了，本以為韓美華會離開石頭村，但是由于二狗的善良和執著，早已深深的打動了美麗聰明的城里女孩韓美華。韓美華利用自己的經驗和智慧聯手以前一直瞧不起二狗的村民們，為二狗打贏了官司。最后在韓美華的指引和村民們的幫助下，石二狗憑借自己堅韌的毅力，白手起家，帶領百姓發家致富開創了嶄新的事業。
