　　Duke and Yan, two long time rivals, are competing in the world’s most dangerous underground fighting tournament, where powerful crimelords can gamble and influence who they fight, the terrain they fight on and what weapons will be used. In this high-stakes bloodsport where one wrong move can mean certain death, they must decide whether to play by the rules or to cast their honor aside and team up against the dark syndicate running the tournament and bring the entire system down.

　　月娥（張柏芝）是宋朝年間的烈女，武功了得，行俠仗義，追求專一的愛情和婚姻。一日在演詩會(huì)上偶遇一表人才的陳季常（古天樂），二人互生情愫。碰巧皇上為二人賜婚，成全了美好姻緣。但是考驗(yàn)二人感情的時(shí)候才剛剛開始——月娥為管住夫君，對季常管束甚嚴(yán)。但適得其反，季常在風(fēng)流好友蘇軾（許紹雄）的帶領(lǐng)下經(jīng)常去尋花問柳。月娥萬般無奈，幸好用計(jì)試探，終得知季常仍深愛自己。但是，當(dāng)月娥外出歸來，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)季常舊病復(fù)發(fā)，竟搭上了郡主（范冰冰）。月娥悲憤交加，喝下了忘情水。

游船遇風(fēng)暴沉沒，陸霆、女友陳清、李娜、陳清閨蜜馬櫻（陸霆前女友）漂至荒島。眾人遭巨蟒襲擊，得探險(xiǎn)者遺物求生。馬櫻因妒生事，后聯(lián)合落難駕駛員王強(qiáng)，王強(qiáng)卻被巨蟒吞噬，馬櫻悔悟坦白。巨蟒擄走陳清，眾人設(shè)伏，馬櫻與巨蟒同歸于盡。數(shù)月后，陸霆、李娜乘直升機(jī)獲救。

Four friends wanted to get away from it all for a birthday celebration in a remote country house, but when a mysterious injured man turns up on their doorstep telling tales of a city ravaged by a mysterious epidemic and the looters who have pursued him, the friends rally to help. As the night progresses, it becomes clear that all is not as it seems, plunging the friends into a battle for survival that challenges their deepest fears.
