日本導(dǎo)演高橋伴明執(zhí)導(dǎo)、奧田瑛二主演的新片《紅玉》正式入圍即將于2015年8月27日-9月7日在加拿大召開的第39屆蒙特利爾國際電影節(jié);世界電影關(guān)注單元 。 導(dǎo)演高橋與奧田是同齡人，該片描繪了中年男人面臨;衰老與;性 的現(xiàn)實問題，為了追求更完美的人生而為之努力的故事。奧田飾演身兼大學(xué)教師與電影導(dǎo)演雙重身份的主人公時田修次。除了奧田以外，在京都造形藝術(shù)大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的新生代演員們，以及柄本佑、高橋惠子等實力派影星都將聯(lián)袂出演。
