All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present. Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
賭俠1999
劉德華,朱茵,張家輝,高捷,張慧儀,張錦程,李子雄,吳毅將,吳志雄,黃子揚,林尚義,李兆基阿king（劉德華 飾）當年因出千被捕，事實上他是被人陷害的。出獄時他為他接風的是崇拜他已久的化骨龍（張家輝 飾），化骨龍是個終日無所事事的人，希望能跟著king有所作為。出獄后的king到處尋找已懷孕的妻子（張慧儀 飾），與當日的得力助手（張錦程 飾）， 后來King與化骨龍妹妹晴（朱茵 飾）產(chǎn)生了好感。 King得到Rocky（吳志雄 飾）的幫助上了賭船，碰見了多年前便想交手的馬交文（高捷 飾），king想與之一決高低，卻遭到馬交文的手下省鏡（李子雄 飾）陷害，揭開了king的底細更想進一步迫害king，king又能否躲過劫數(shù)呢？
