草草結束工作，只想趕回家休息的醫院胸腔科主治醫師夏正（王柏杰 飾），在離開醫院后，卻因為一位車禍重傷的急診病患而被緊急召回。夏正的病患，同時也是八卦媒體記者的金有中（薛仕凌 飾），因收到風聲聽聞有不知名病毒在各大醫院爆發，為了挖掘獨家，積極的想找出感染源頭，而千方百計住院；另一方面，男護理師安泰河（曾敬驊 飾）與實習醫生李心妍（項婕如 飾）為彼此相愛的熱血醫護人員，對自己的工作十分有熱忱，在醫院一待就是好幾天。他們，在病毒爆發時，不但遇上了無預警的封院，也面臨了被吞噬的人心。在大家都有可能染疫的情況下，醫生、記者、醫護人員究竟該自保還是救人？并在這個逐漸分崩離析的醫院、制度與人心中存活下去？

It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
