在中山醫院擔任護士的北川敏子（麻吹淳子 飾）美麗溫柔，她與同事洋子（朝霧友香 飾）是一對同性戀人。雖則如膠似漆，不過敏子最終選擇與英俊的年輕醫生佐山（中丸信 飾）步入婚姻殿堂。在結婚前的幾天，敏子接到曾經的病人內村光枝（橘雪子 飾）的來信，對方誠摯地邀請她來家中做客。敏子應約前往，進屋后卻發現光枝被五花大綁捆在地上，緊接著兩個戴著面具的男人突然出現，對敏子進行了毫無人道的侮辱。此之后，敏子的身心遭受巨大創傷，即使幸福的蜜月也無法彌合她心中的傷痛。隨著時間的流逝，她的臉上漸漸嶄露笑容，然而那段不堪回首的回憶卻又突然襲來 ;
