生哥曾是混跡中山區酒店街的黑道，年輕時為救兄弟沙鷗入獄12年。多年后假釋，再度踏足曾經叱咤風云的地盤，才發現小弟沙鷗已成為條通林森北的一方之霸，利益糾葛下，考驗著兄弟情是否一如往昔？此時，一位心狠手辣的少年黑道“猴子”，率領新興的幫派殺了沙鷗背后金主的兒子。某天沙鷗接獲線報，派遣手下去旅館埋伏，卻被猴子逃脫。兩幫人馬暗地里展開火拼，林森北風云變色，唯一能夠幫沙鷗討回公道的人，竟然還是兄弟生哥??
