影片講述小珍（李麗珍）、美枝（陳雅倫）、阿波（梁思敏）三個都市少女的愛情故事。小珍求職時被女主管所羞辱，無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)女主管的男友就是住在對窗的美少年mike（鄭伊健），于是向mike布下愛情陷阱，豈料貪玩玩出火而愛上對方。美枝一心想當(dāng)大明星，卻遇上事業(yè)有成的男友，事業(yè)與愛情難以取舍。阿波則因憐生愛，愛上一直暗戀美枝的雄仔（陳國邦）。
