王韜,魏小歡,江佳桐,李江瑤刑警沈佳明、吳艷和康業在破獲一宗跨國重案后，卷入一系列離奇命案。首名死者孫成剛車禍身亡疑點重重，隨后女子孔思思也遭遇不測。警方發現兩名受害者均與醫院器官捐獻系統存在關聯，而醫院器官捐獻協調員糜芳、醫生馬玉茹以及等待器官移植的羅永軍兄妹皆被卷入漩渦。就在刑警們分頭追兇時，第三名潛在受害者已危在旦夕。吳艷與時間賽跑，阻止了一場高空謀殺，卻發現真兇竟藏于最意想不到的身邊。

麥克·柯爾特,克里斯蒂娜·鐘美劇《光暈：夜幕降臨》劇情是緊接《Halo4》和《Halo5》，其中游戲人物Jameson Locke(Mike Colter飾演)將繼續扮演核心角色，他即是一個“傳奇的賞金獵人”，同時也是美國海軍情報局的特工。 在預告片中，Jameson Locke和他的團隊陷入到一場有預謀的生物攻擊之中，在那里他們很快發現了這個陰謀，他們隨后被帶到了一艘遠古的飛行器里。在那里他們被迫“為生存而戰，并對一切事物保持猜疑”，最終在忠誠和生存之間做出抉擇。 最后微軟也表示，這部美劇《光環：夜幕降臨》將與《光暈》士官長典藏版同期上映，預計從11月11日開播。
