高中女生鳴島愛（伊藤かな 飾）生活在一個破敗的家庭，父親與情人離家出走，母親終日酗酒，以淚洗面；而學校中小愛又離群索居，沒有知己。在前往香港的修學旅行中，小愛深夜外出，結果遭遇當地的出租車司機阿寶（何華超 飾）。阿寶獨自住在荒郊野外的大房子中，他將小愛綁回家里囚禁起來。在異國他鄉，小愛開始禁閉的生活。然而從最初的激烈反抗，這兩個語言不通的人兒漸漸觸摸到彼此心中那份孤獨與哀傷。小愛不再試圖逃跑，而是心甘情愿享受著這份愜意的田園生活 　本片根據松田優作的遺孀松田美智子的原作改編，系;完全飼育 ;系列的第三部。
