劉德華,張家輝,陳百祥,林熙蕾,郁芳,萬梓良,李菲,王晶,南燕合力擊敗馬交文之后，king（劉德華 飾）與化骨龍（張家輝 飾）聯合化骨龍的表哥阿叻（陳百祥 飾）騙取了惡人大眼文一筆錢。當他們打算享受一番之際，大眼文把化骨龍抓走了。King與阿叻則被警方帶到與中方高層見面，他們被派往拉斯維加斯捉拿大老千Peter朱（萬梓良 飾）。為了得到巨款拯救化骨龍，king接受了這次任務，前往拉斯維加斯。 在拉斯維加斯，小心（郁芳 飾）與阿扁（林熙蕾 飾）一心想找到金龜婿，后來加入了king的老千行列。終于他們遇到了Peter，兩人互相欺騙更多次交手，敵意漸生。 King用阿扁做餌勾引Peter成功，他們經由沙漠公路到洛杉磯，途中Peter極力逃脫。眾人在沙漠奮力搏斗。Peter的手下竟然用直升機拯救，幸好king神機妙算，順利把Peter帶回香港。
